We're recruiting Machine Operators for a well-established manufacturing business near Liphook. This is a hands-on production role operating moulding machinery and helping deliver quality product to customer standards. Full training is provided, and there's genuine scope to become multi-skilled across the site. Multiple positions are available.
What you'll be doing:
Operating moulding press machinery, running products to documented settings and specifications
Running multiple machines and monitoring the quality of your own output
Finishing, assembling, inspecting and packing product to customer standards
Carrying out re-work where needed and reporting any non-conforming product
Completing manufacturing paperwork accurately to maintain batch traceability
Reporting any equipment faults and keeping a clean, safe work area
What we're looking for:
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Able to read and follow written work instructions and drawings
Good manual dexterity for operating machinery
Reliable, self-motivated and a team player
Solid standards of literacy and numeracy
