We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident, and highly organised Office Standards Manager to join a long-established and nationally recognised architectural practice.
Working as part of the Shared Services Senior Management Team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the business while ensuring the highest standards of quality, environmental management, and health & safety are maintained across the organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, support multiple business functions, and contribute to the continued growth and success of a practice operating across seven national offices.
šÆ Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage and develop the Practice Standards Team.
Mentor and support both the bid and marketing teams.
Oversee the Integrated Management System, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance.
Coordinate and facilitate annual Integrated Management System reviews.
Organise and contribute to both internal and external audits.
Manage supplier approvals and pre-qualification questionnaires.
Review, update and maintain quality documentation and standard practice templates.
Administer and maintain the Practice Intranet using Microsoft SharePoint.
Manage certification renewals including RIBA accreditations.
Track, manage and report on social value contributions across the business.š What We're Looking For
You will be a positive and influential leader with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will thrive in a collaborative environment and be passionate about maintaining high standards across business operations. Requirements include:
Previous experience leading and managing teams of a similar size and scale.
Strong knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and Occupational Health & Safety standards.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Educated to Level 3 (A Levels or equivalent).š Nice to Have
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft SharePoint.
Experience managing ISO accreditations and compliance frameworks.
Previous experience within professional services, architecture, engineering, or consultancy environments. š Why You'll Love Working Here
