Plumber required for a leading Housing Association in Bedfordshire. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for an experienced Plumber looking for long-term stability, excellent benefits and the opportunity to work across a well-established social housing contract.
The Role
As a Plumber working across Bedfordshire, you'll be responsible for carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance across occupied and void social housing properties.
Key responsibilities include:
Carrying out responsive plumbing repairs and maintenance across social housing properties in Bedfordshire.
Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of domestic plumbing faults, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
Completing repairs to sanitary ware, taps, toilets, baths, showers, pipework and associated plumbing systems.
Working safely within occupied properties while providing a professional and customer-focused service.
Completing all required paperwork and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and in line with company standards.
Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this Plumber role in Bedfordshire, you'll need:
Proven experience as a Plumber within domestic repairs and maintenance.
Social Housing experience is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of responsive repairs and maintenance.
Ability to diagnose faults and complete plumbing repairs independently.
Full UK Driving Licence and the ability to travel across Bedfordshire.
