Facilities Assistant - Front of House, Dundee

We are currently looking for a Facilities Assistant to join a professional FM team on a busy corporate site.

Job Details:

Start: ASAP
Duration: Until 18/10/2026
Hours: 40 hours per week
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
PAYE: £13.94 per hour
Umbrella: £18.15 per hourDuties:

Supporting the wider Facilities Management (FM) team and helping ensure the site remains compliant with Health & Safety requirements.
Providing professional Front of House / Reception support across different floors of the building.
Working closely with housekeeping, security and other service partners to ensure requests are dealt with promptly.
Carrying out basic housekeeping duties, including:
Loading and unloading dishwashers
Spot cleaning high-use areas
Meeting room and communal area resets
General upkeep of kitchen facilities
Monitoring and replenishing floor and kitchen consumables.
Maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
Being visible and approachable throughout the building.
Providing a friendly and professional service to colleagues and visitors.
Supporting the FM team with general day-to-day tasks as required.Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional, friendly and customer-focused approach.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working across different areas of a busy corporate building.
Ability to work as part of a wider FM team.
Previous experience in front of house, facilities, hospitality, customer service or a similar environment would be advantageous.Immediate availability is preferred.
