Salary: £38,000 per annum plus price rates
Location: Kingston Upon Thames covering Redhill, Surrey, and Suffolk area

About the role
Carry out gas installations within domestic properties across our contract portfolio. You'll be provided with surveyed and planned work, ensuring materials, scope and job requirements are ready for you to complete installations safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
What you’ll be doing
You'll be responsible for completing gas installations in line with survey specifications, client requirements and industry regulations.
Ensure all work is delivered safely, compliantly and within agreed timescales
Maintain excellent standards of workmanship from start to finish
Responsible for accurately completing installation paperwork and certification, ensuring all required documentation is completed correctly at the time of installation

What we’re looking for
We're looking for engineers who take pride in their work and understand the importance of providing an excellent customer experience. You'll be respectful of tenants and homeowners, maintain a clean and tidy working environment and communicate effectively with supervisors when challenges arise or additional support is required.
Valid domestic and/or commercial gas qualifications. As a minimum, successful candidates must have the following: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 (essential)
Valid UK driving licence (essential)
Previous practical experience in gas installation within a domestic capacity
Solid understanding of gas safety regulations and industry standards
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
A professional and friendly attitude with the ability to forge strong relationships with both clients and tenants
