Location: Sheffield
Salary: £28,275- £34,125 per annum
Metalis are working exclusively with a leading manufacturing company in Sheffield, who are looking for a Machine Shop Operative to join their team.
Job Duties:
Set and operate various CNC machinery
Read and work from engineering drawings
Work with measuring and inspection equipment
Ensure all tooling and machinery is maintained
Work safely and make sure all products are machines to the correct instruction
Ensure all documentation is filed correctly
Job Requirements:
Apprentice trained or relevant engineering qualifications - Desired
Experience working in a CNC environment
Able to read and work from engineering drawings
Able to set and operate CNC machinery
Salary & Shift:
£28,275- £34,125 per annum
Days and afters rotating every 2 weeks (37.5 hours per week)
Days - Monday to Thursday 6am - 2:30pm & Friday 6am - 11:30am
Afters - Monday to Wednesday 2:15pm - 00:15am & Thursday 2:15pm - 11:45pm
