How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Are you a Psychology graduate interested in gaining practical experience working with children and young people?specialist educational setting in Flitwick is looking for a Psychology Graduate to join their team as a Teaching Assistant.

    This Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant role in Flitwick is particularly suited to graduates considering careers in Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, Child Psychology, SEN or mental health.

    You will support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them develop their confidence, communication, emotional regulation and engagement with learning. You'll gain valuable experience understanding how individual needs can impact behaviour, learning and development within a specialist setting in Flitwick.

    The Role - Psychology Graduate, Flitwick

    Provide 1:1 and small-group support
    Develop positive and trusting relationships with pupils
    Support emotional wellbeing and engagement
    Assist with learning and classroom activities
    Work alongside teachers and specialist support staff
    Help pupils overcome barriers to learningWho We're Looking For

    We're keen to speak with Psychology graduates who are passionate about working with children and young people. An interest in Clinical or Educational Psychology would be particularly relevant, although previous experience in education is not essential.

    This is a fantastic opportunity to build practical experience in Flitwick while working towards a future career in psychology, education or SEN.

    £105-£115 per day, paid weekly, with the opportunity to move into a temp to perm position.
