The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to lead a variety of projects across sectors including residential, healthcare, education, commercial, retail and hospitality.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for delivering a range of pre and post contract services, with involvement across cost planning, estimating, procurement, contract advice, commercial management, cost reporting and final accounts.
The role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects while developing strong client relationships and taking real ownership of your work. This an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to develop within a growing consultancy.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors Requirements
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management
Strong consultancy experience
Confident working directly with clients
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Commercially minded, organised and detail-focused
Strong pre and post contract experienceWhat's on offer?
