Conturve is a fast-growing women’s shapewear and lifestyle brand focused on helping women look and feel their best. With a strong digital-first approach and an ambitious growth strategy, influencer and creator marketing plays a huge part in building our community, increasing brand awareness and driving sales.
We’re looking for a confident, highly organised and social-media-savvy Influencer Outreach Assistant to join the Conturve team and help grow our creator network.
You’ll be responsible for identifying, contacting and building relationships with influencers and content creators who are the right fit for Conturve.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social media, knows what makes great creator content and isn’t afraid to reach out to new people every day.
You’ll work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure we’re consistently building new influencer relationships, generating high-quality content and getting Conturve in front of the right audiences.
- Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across TikTok, Instagram and other key social platforms
- Conduct daily outreach to new creators to build and continuously expand Conturve’s influencer network
- Manage influencer gifting from initial outreach through to product selection, dispatch and content delivery
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with creators and influencers
- Negotiate gifting and content opportunities where appropriate
- Maintain an organised influencer database and accurately track outreach, responses, gifting and content
- Follow up with creators to ensure agreed content is delivered on time
- Monitor influencer content and identify strong-performing creators for future collaborations
- Source and recruit new creators for campaigns, launches and key trading periods
- Keep up to date with emerging creators, viral trends and changes across TikTok and Instagram
- Work with the social and marketing teams to ensure influencer activity supports wider brand campaigns
- Report regularly on outreach activity, content secured and influencer performance
- Proactively look for new ways to increase Conturve’s reach and presence through creator marketing
- A genuine passion for social media, influencers and creator marketing
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram
- Confident communicating with influencers through DMs and email
- Excellent written communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working towards outreach and content targets
- Commercially minded and able to recognise creators who genuinely fit the Conturve customer
- Proactive, confident and comfortable taking ownership of your workload
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
- Previous experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR or outreach is desirable, but strong candidates with excellent social media knowledge will also be considered
You’re the person who is constantly discovering creators before everyone else does. You understand what makes content engaging, know the difference between a creator with followers and a creator with genuine influence, and enjoy building relationships.
You’re confident enough to send the first message, persistent enough to follow up and organised enough to manage a growing network of creators without letting opportunities slip through the cracks.
