About the role
• Getting involved in the planning and delivery of in-person marketing campaigns for our clients
• Analysing market trends and identifying new business opportunities
• Supporting the development and execution of strategic business plans
• Tracking key performance metrics and preparing reports on campaign results
• Working closely with experienced members of the team and contributing ideas that actually get heard
• Progressing into a leadership position as you develop within the business
What we are looking for
• A degree in Business Management or a related field
• Ambitious and competitive — you want to progress and you are not afraid to put the work in
• Strong communicator who is confident working with people at all levels
• Analytical mindset with the ability to look at data and turn it into action
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their work
