How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Join a Leading Telecommunications Company as a Project Administrator!


    Job Overview: As a Project Administrator, you will be working closely with Portfolio Managers and wider project teams, you will be responsible for coordinating governance activities, preparing meeting documentation, maintaining project records, and supporting the effective management of confidential business information. This role is ideally suited to someone who thrives in an administrative support position and enjoys working in a structured, fast-paced environment.


    Contract Details

    • Contract Length: 3 months (with visibility to extend)
    • Location: Newbury (hybrid/remote)
    • Rate: £250 per day (inside IR35)


    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, governance packs and presentation materials.
    • Attend project and governance meetings, taking accurate minutes and maintaining action logs.
    • Track actions and decisions, ensuring updates are recorded and followed up where required.
    • Maintain project documentation, filing structures and records within SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
    • Provide document management support, ensuring information is accurately stored and easily accessible.
    • Coordinate meetings, manage schedules and support the day-to-day administration of governance activities.
    • Handle sensitive and confidential business information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.


    Key Requirements

    • Previous experience in an administrative, project administration, PMO support or coordination role.
    • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
    • Experience preparing agendas, taking minutes and maintaining action trackers.
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Teams and SharePoint.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and collaborative approach.
