I’m currently working with a leading professional services organisation who are looking to appoint an HR Business Partner – Change & Transformation to join their established HR team.
This is a strategic HRBP role supporting key business teams, with a strong focus on workforce transformation, organisational change, organisational design and future workforce planning.
The Role
Working closely with senior leadership and the Chief People Officer, you’ll act as a trusted HR adviser and play a key role in delivering a significant workforce transformation programme.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with senior leaders to develop and deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Leading workforce transformation, organisational change and organisational design initiatives.
- Supporting a major review of target operating models, job evaluation and the introduction of a new reward framework.
- Providing strategic advice on workforce planning, resourcing and future organisational requirements.
- Using workforce data, analytics and benchmarking to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Leading cultural change and employee engagement initiatives.
- Supporting senior leaders through complex employee relations and organisational change.
- Providing guidance across talent, succession planning, performance and organisational development.
- Working closely with L&D on leadership and capability-building initiatives.
- Supporting salary review and budgeting processes alongside senior stakeholders and Reward.
- Managing and developing an HR Business Partner and Senior HR Advisor.
- Working collaboratively with the wider HR team to deliver an excellent employee experience
About You
I’m keen to speak with experienced HR Business Partners who have a strong background in change and transformation, ideally within a complex professional services, legal or similarly matrixed environment.
You’ll ideally have:
- Proven senior-level HR Business Partnering experience.
- Strong experience in change management, workforce transformation and organisational development.
- Experience of organisational design and workforce planning.
- Experience with job evaluation and reward frameworks; WTW experience would be advantageous.
- Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge.
- Experience using HR data and workforce intelligence to influence senior decision-making.
- Previous line management or supervisory experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to work with senior leaders.
- A strategic, commercially minded and solutions-focused approach.
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent professional qualification would be advantageous.
