Development Officer

Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a local authority in the South East London are looking for an experienced Development Officer to join their team and play a crucial role in their Housing Delivery operations.

Position: Development Officer
Location: South East London
Salary: £500 a day umbrella
Hours: Monday - Friday / 9:00am - 5:00pm 
Contract: 6 months possible extension 

Key Responsibilities

Devise, steer and deliver existing housing delivery projects and programmes, and establish new housing delivery projects and programmes.
Support the Builds Housing Delivery function, in particular to be responsible for specific development projects.
Assisting existing Project Managers with Handovers, Tenancy liaison and during Defects Liability Period. Job Requirements

At least 3 years experience within a Development Officer role or an equivalent role.
Basic knowledge of construction requirements within a Local Authority setting, specifically housing.
Experience in site acquisition, project monitoring and reporting, Handovers and Defects Liability Period management. How to Apply:
