As Payroll Compliance & Controls Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our client experience, ensuring payroll customers have a seamless and compliant transition from their current provider. Working as the Payroll Quality Assurance Manager you'll be the trusted guide who ensures that client risk is mitigated at every step of the onboarding process as well as being the second level check of payroll processing across the transactions team. This is an amazing opportunity for an analytical payroll professional who can spot anomalies and drive compliance and governance through the team!A bit about you:
Experienced in implementation and driving risk controls within a payroll Bureau
Provide an analytical eye to identify anomalies and ensure a compliant and accurate payroll
Have excellent legislation knowledge
A natural relationship builder: You build trust quickly, communicate clearly and concisely, and always demonstrate excellent customer service.
Detail-oriented & thorough: You can assist with parallel runs, ensure results balance perfectly with previous providers, and catch discrepancies before they become issues.
