Search Consultancy are delighted to be working exclusively with one of our Edinburgh based clients in the housing sector to recruit an experienced Administrator on a part-time basis.
PLEASE NOTE - this is a Part-Time role offering approximately 15 hours per week across multiple days. Even though flexibility can be offered on hours & days worked all applicants must be comfortable with the number of hours offered on a long-term basis to be considered.
This role would ideally suit an experienced Administrator who is specifically seeking a part-time role where they can contribute their skills & experience across a wide variety of tasks.
Duties involved in this role will include:
* Management of two general enquiries inboxes, dealing with enquiries where possible & escalating queries when it's required
* Logging & dealing with incoming FOI requests
* Electronic & paper filing of incoming correspondence and emails
* Typing & distributing notes from meetings
* Assisting with the setting up of meeting rooms including preparing & printing materials & arranging catering if required
* Dealing with both incoming and outgoing post & deliveries
* Dealing with visitors to the office ensuring access is granted
* Assisting with the management of the company's social media accounts
* Various other ad-hoc Administration duties as required/directed
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Extensive previous experience in Administration - this experience is ESSENTIAL
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as you will be dealing with both people across the business & external contacts
* Solid IT Skills including the full MS Office suite (including Excel, Word & Outlook) and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
* Excellent organisation & time management skills, with the ability to prioritise your workload effectively
