We are currently recruiting an experienced Class 2 Skip / RoRo Driver for ongoing agency work based in Manchester, M17.
This is a great opportunity for a reliable driver looking for consistent work, early finishes and additional earning opportunities.
The RoleYou will be responsible for operating Class 2 Skip and RoRo vehicles and completing scheduled collections safely and efficiently.
Some days you will be working with a driver's mate, while on other days you may be working independently.
Duties Include:
Driving Class 2 Skip and/or RoRo vehicles.
Completing scheduled collections.
Carrying out daily vehicle checks.
Completing relevant paperwork.
Following all road safety and site procedures.
Managing your daily workload efficiently.
Pay & Benefits
£17.76 per hour
£5 daily lunch allowance
Up to £39 one-man lift bonus
The one-man bonus is available for qualifying lifts completed when working without a mate.
4:00am starts
Usually finished by 2:00pm or earlier
Paid for the full day, even if you finish early
Ongoing agency work
Immediate start available
Requirements
Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
Valid Driver CPC
Valid Digital Tachograph Card
Previous Skip or RoRo experience preferred
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Good understanding of road safety and transport regulations
