How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    This role is a hands-on B2B technology marketing position focused on creating content, running LinkedIn and email campaigns, and supporting sales teams with marketing assets that drive business growth. It offers the opportunity to work closely with commercial stakeholders in a fast-growing digital transformation and AI-focused business while taking ownership of marketing execution from idea through to results.

    Description

    Develop and deliver B2B content including blogs, eBooks, whitepapers, case studies, and sales collateral.
    Execute organic LinkedIn campaigns, thought leadership, and employee advocacy initiatives.
    Build and manage email campaigns and nurture programmes through marketing automation tools.
    Create and format marketing assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud templates.
    Support webinars, events, and partner marketing activities.
    Use AI tools to accelerate content creation while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
    Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to align marketing with pipeline and revenue goals.
    Coordinate with SEO/PPC agencies to support wider campaign objectives.
    Monitor campaign performance, engagement, and lead generation metrics.
    Own the content calendar and end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns.Profile

    2 to 4 years' B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or professional services.
    Strong content writer across blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, social media, and email.
    Hands-on experience with Pardot or similar marketing automation platforms.
    Confident using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud to create marketing assets.
    Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve content creation and productivity.
    Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage end-to-end campaign execution.
    Good understanding of the B2B buying journey, lead generation, and sales enablement.
    Strong stakeholder management skills, working with sales teams, leaders, and agencies.
    Bonus: Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, information governance, or enterprise IT audiences.Job Offer
