Description
Manage and support tenants with their housing needs and concerns.
Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard and address any issues promptly.
Respond to tenant enquiries and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.
Carry out property inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Work closely with other departments to coordinate services and support for tenants.
Handle tenancy agreements and ensure proper documentation is in place.
Provide advice and assistance on housing-related matters to tenants.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.Profile
A successful Housing Officer should have:
Experience in housing management or a related field.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of housing regulations and tenancy management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Competence in using relevant IT systems and software.
A proactive approach to managing tenant relationships and property issues.Job Offer
Hourly pay between £17.00 and £21.00, dependent on the level of experience.
