Finance Business Partner

Are you an experienced FP&A professional who can turn complex financial data into clear commercial insight? A leading organisation is seeking a Finance Business Partner to partner with senior leadership, drive financial performance and strengthen planning, forecasting and decision-making across the business.
The Role
As the Finance Business Partner, you’ll:
* Partner with the Divisional Leadership Team and Functional Directors, providing insight, challenge and decision support.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles.
* Develop P&L, cost and cash flow forecasts alongside scenario and sensitivity modelling.
* Analyse performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key risks and opportunities.
* Deliver clear, accurate management reporting and translate complex data into actionable insights.
* Support business cases, investment appraisals and ROI analysis.
* Drive cost discipline and improve financial accountability across the business.
* Develop dashboards, reporting automation and data visualisation.
* Support ERP transformation, process optimisation and continuous improvement.
* Maintain strong financial governance in line with IFRS and internal controls.
You
To be successful, you’ll bring:
* ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification.
* 15+ years’ experience across FP&A, finance business partnering or financial control.
* Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling experience.
* Experience operating within a complex, matrix organisation.
* Advanced scenario modelling and financial analysis skills.
* Strong understanding of IFRS and financial controls.
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA and financial reporting systems.
* Data visualisation experience, ideally Power BI or similar.
* Construction or infrastructure sector experience would be advantageous.
* Confidence partnering with and constructively challenging senior leadership.
