Supply Desk is recruiting an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional needs in a welcoming specialist setting.
Working alongside experienced teachers, you'll help pupils overcome barriers to learning while celebrating every success along the way.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver individual and small group support.
Assist with classroom learning and interventions.
Encourage independence and confidence.
Support pupils with communication and social skills.
Work collaboratively with teaching staff.
Help create a calm, inclusive learning environment.
Candidate Requirements
Experience supporting children is desirable.
Positive, caring attitude.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Passion for SEND education.
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
