How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Recruiting for an experienced change and engagement leader who will drive cultural transformation programmes, strengthen employee engagement, and help embed organisational values and behaviours across the business. The role will partner closely with senior stakeholders to deliver people-focused change initiatives, improve organisational effectiveness, and support the successful adoption of strategic priorities.

    I'm supporting a large and complex organisation through a period of significant transformation to recruit an experienced Interim Head of Cultural Change & Engagement.

    This is a high-profile role where you'll lead the organisation's culture and engagement agenda, developing and delivering change and communication strategies that support large-scale transformation programmes. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll drive employee engagement, embed cultural change and ensure colleagues remain connected, informed and aligned throughout a period of growth and change.

    Description

    Lead the development and delivery of culture change and employee engagement strategies
    Partner with senior stakeholders to support organisational transformation initiatives
    Shape and oversee internal communications and engagement campaigns
    Use insight, feedback and performance data to measure impact and drive continuous improvement
    Build engagement capability across leadership teams and support effective communication during change

    Profile

    We're keen to hear from experienced change, engagement, organisational development or internal communications professionals who have successfully led large-scale transformation and culture programmes.
    You'll be comfortable operating at a strategic level, influencing senior stakeholders and delivering measurable engagement outcomes in complex environments.
