About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Business Services Administrator to join our client's team in Harlow on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will provide essential administrative and business support, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day processes and maintaining a high level of service to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and business support across the team.
Manage and maintain accurate records, databases and documentation.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets and other business documents.
Process incoming and outgoing correspondence and enquiries.
Assist with invoicing, purchase orders and general financial administration where required.
Coordinate meetings, appointments and internal communications.
Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments professionally and effectively.
Ensure all paperwork and systems are kept accurate and up to date.
Support with day-to-day office management and business processes.
Assist colleagues with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects.
Ensure deadlines are met and work is completed to a high standard.
Follow company procedures and contribute to continuous improvement across the business.
About You
The ideal candidate will be an organised, reliable and personable administrator who is comfortable working in a busy office environment.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience in an administration, business support or office-based role.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
A professional and positive attitude.
