Job Title: Paediatric Registered Nurse

Location : Stoke Mandeville Hospital, Mandeville Road, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP21 8AL
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours:
* Predominantly weekday shifts
* 07:30 – 20:00
* Ideally a minimum commitment of 3 shifts per week
Duration: 3 months initially, with a review thereafter
Start Date: As soon as possible
Post 1 – Ward 3, Stoke Mandeville
We are seeking experienced Paediatric Registered Nurses to support Ward 3 on an initial 3-month booking from September, with the possibility of an extension following review.
Post 2 – Children’s ED & Observation Unit
We are also recruiting Paediatric Registered Nurses for the Children’s ED & Observation Unit at Stoke Mandeville.
* Predominantly weekday shifts: 07:30 – 20:00
* Potential for some twilight shifts: 12:00 – 00:30
* Ideally a minimum of 3 shifts per week
Requirements
* Current NMC Registration
* Registered Nurse with relevant paediatric nursing experience
* Previous NHS/acute paediatric experience preferred
* Experience working within a paediatric ward, Children’s ED or observation setting
* Ability to commit to a regular working pattern
* Updated CV
* Two professional references
* DBS
* Up-to-date mandatory training
