We are looking for skilled Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a modern packaging and logistics facility based in Segensworth on a permanent night shift rotation.

Hourly rate: £13.32 per hour
Shift pattern: 4 on, 4 off (Nights only, 18:00 to 06:00)

Paid induction: Dedicated initial training to familiarise you with site layouts, stock locations, and safety procedures.
Your Daily Work
Operating Counterbalance forklift trucks safely and efficiently during night operations.
Loading and unloading delivery vehicles, transferring raw materials, and moving finished packaging.
Stacking pallets, managing racking locations, and conducting routine truck safety checks.
Supporting the wider team to maintain a smooth, organised flow of goods overnight.
What You Need
A valid, in date Counterbalance Forklift certificate (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent).
Confidence operating in busy warehouse and production environments on night shifts.
Strong reliability and commitment to working fixed nights.
