We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bid Manager to join our dynamic Work Winning team, playing a key role in securing major projects across the UK water sector.
In this highly visible position, you will lead the development of compelling, high-quality bids, working alongside technical experts, operational teams and senior stakeholders to transform client requirements into winning submissions. Your ability to create persuasive, compliant and value-driven proposals will directly contribute to our continued growth and success.

About you

AMPM accreditation (Foundation, Practitioner or Professional level) or a commitment to achieving it.
Proven experience within a Tier 1 contractor environment, ideally in the water sector.
Strong construction and civil engineering knowledge gained through a bidding, technical or operational role.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and engaging proposals.
The confidence to build strong relationships and effectively influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
A proactive, organised and collaborative approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work to challenging deadlines.
