Their accreditations include Legal 500, Legal Aid Agency, SFE, STEP, SQM and CQS. They are also Criminal Litigation accredited, Family Law accredited and Mental Health accredited.
What you'll be doing
Running your own caseload of public and private children law matters including complex care proceedings
Conducting your own advocacy
Working closely with clients
Working to tight deadlinesWho we’re looking for:
Suitable candidates will have:
Fully qualified status with 5+ years’ PQE
Significant experience of dealing with both public and private children law proceedings
Holder of the Law Society’s Children Law Accreditation (or working towards this)
Able to meet the LAA requirements for supervisor status
Experience of dealing with a wide range of cases, including complex care proceedings
A professional, friendly and reassuring approach to clientsWhat’s on offer:
This is a full-time permanent job which is fully office based, working 9:00am to 5:15pm Monday to Friday
