How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    About Us

Clerkenwell Health is a pioneering mental health research organisation specialising in psychedelic-assisted therapy. We conduct innovative, scientifically grounded clinical trials through our integrated Contract Research Organisation (CRO), broad Clinical Research Facility (CRF) network, and Therapist Training Programme. We have also expanded our focus to the treatment of central nervous system (CNS) disorders, in addition to complex mental health conditions.

    • Collaborate with research staff to ensure high-quality study delivery
    • Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation

    Requirements

    • Full registration with the GMC (General Medical Council)
    • Medical degree with relevant clinical experience
    • Background or experience in Neurology, CNS, Psychiatry, or related fields
    • Strong interest in clinical research and innovation in mental health
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

    Desirable (but not essential)

    • Previous experience in clinical research or clinical trials
    • GCP (Good Clinical Practice) training

    What We Offer

    • Highly flexible working pattern (a few days per month)
    • Opportunity to gain experience in clinical research
    • Collaborative, forward-thinking environment
    • Exposure to pioneering treatments in CNS and mental health

If you're a clinician looking to diversify your experience and contribute to meaningful research in a flexible capacity, we’d love to hear from you.
