Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: Central London – 4 days office
Job Type: Full Time
Our client is a well-established UK property developer, known for delivering large-scale mixed-use developments encompassing residential, workspace, retail, leisure and community space. They take a long-term, city-building approach to everything they deliver, with a strong focus on creating places that work for the communities around them.
We're now recruiting on their behalf for an HR Advisor/Generalist to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave.

Day to day, you'll manage employee relations casework, support and coach managers through difficult conversations, keep policies current and practical, and get hands-on with recruitment, onboarding and L&D activity as the business needs shift. It's a varied, fast-paced role for someone who enjoys being close to the business and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.

- Comfortable working across multiple sites and with managers of varying HR experience
- Organised and able to prioritise across competing generalist duties
- CIPD Level 3+ (or working towards) desirable
- Experience in real estate, retail, or hospitality
