We’re recruiting for a Night Shift Security Logistics Supervisor to join our Greatworth to Southam Area.
You will be the EKFB area representative in charge of the Night Shift Security and Logistic support provision within the G2S delivery area. This will include but not be limited to supervising the operational security at multiple sites and assisting with any logistical support required. You will possess extensive security and logistic experience. This is not a Frontline Security position.
You will be responsible for the efficient operation of the security shift, mentoring, training, attendance and reporting any disciplinary matters to the EKFB Area Security Manager. You will also coordinate and monitor specific tasks set by the EKFB Area Security Manager.
Provide ongoing EKFB project support and continuity during silent hours. 1800 – 0600hrs, 7 nights per week working a shift rotation that adheres to the contracted working hours, covering weekends and Bank Holidays.
Conduct regular night shift team meetings, toolbox talks, briefing updates and specific training modules to all security shift officers.
Act as the point of contact for the EKFB SOC to coordinate and control the actions of the security officers during the response to any alarm/incident raised.
Ensure the FRG security officers are briefed at the start of their shift on the latest security plan and any site changes and their responsibilities during the shift
Ensure that the Security officers’ attendance and performance is monitored, raising any issues identified with the EKFB Area Security Manager for onward reporting and resolution
Mentoring the security team to ensure that their skills are sufficient, through on the job coaching
Monitoring of alarms, particularly at the tunnel sites, across all our sites and coordinating any actions required as the result of an alarm
Supervising the security shift, ensuring Security teams are:
Trained
Equipped
Understand their roles and responsibilities
Their working environment is safe and welfare provisions adequate
To check and test CCTV and intruder device activation response capabilities and increase efficiency.Check and report any significant logistic issues, boundary fencing damage, plant machinery assets left outside of designated storage areas and unsecure worksites.

Experience in a construction environment desired
Security Awareness
SIA Licence desirable
Literate in Microsoft Office Suite
Able to work in shift pattern
