Plant Vehicle Marshal Required - Girvan 🚧

First People Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Plant Vehicle Marshal (PVM) for a project near Girvan. This is a great opportunity to secure long-term work on a busy construction project.

📍Girvan
💷 £19 per hour
⏱️ 3-4 Months

The Role:
You will be responsible for managing the safe movement of plant, vehicles and pedestrians around site. Duties will include directing plant and vehicle movements, maintaining safe exclusion zones, assisting with deliveries, and communicating clearly with plant operators and the wider site team.

Requirements:
✔ Previous Plant Vehicle Marshal experience
✔ Valid PVM / Traffic Marshal ticket
✔ Previous construction site experience
✔ Strong understanding of site safety and exclusion zones
✔ Good communication skills
✔ Reliable and available for long-term work
