Your role on the floor
Manufacturing modern luxury vehicles and electric propulsion systems is a collaborative team effort. You'll never be thrown into the deep end - our supportive onboarding ensures you feel confident in every task.
Collaborate in teams: Work alongside supportive colleagues to assemble luxury electric propulsion units.
Maintain quality: Follow guided, standardized work sequences to ensure high standards of safety and craftsmanship.
Continuous improvement: Share your ideas to make daily processes safer, smoother, and more efficient.
