Realistic OTE: £50,000–£60,000

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Branch Manager to take responsibility for the performance, growth and profitability of a busy estate agency branch.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building relationships, winning new business and motivating a team to achieve strong results. You will have the autonomy to drive the branch forward while ensuring customers receive excellent service throughout their property journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Take ownership of branch performance, profitability and growth.
* Lead, motivate and develop the branch team.
* Generate new instructions and convert valuations into sales.
* Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local customers.
* Provide expert advice and deliver consistently high levels of customer service.
* Drive sales activity and ensure targets are achieved.
* Develop strong knowledge of the local property market.
* Identify opportunities to grow the branch and increase revenue.
* Lead by example and create a positive, high-performing team environment.
About You
* Previous estate agency and branch management experience.
* Proven ability to win instructions and convert valuations into sales.
* Strong leadership and people-management skills.
* Confident, driven and commercially minded.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Highly customer-focused with a strong work ethic.
* Motivated by targets, performance and uncapped earning potential.
* Full UK driving licence required.
