We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Deputy Manager to join a stylish fashion retailer in Bromley. As a Deputy Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the team, driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The Role
Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team as Deputy Manager.
Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience and lead by example.
Support all aspects of store operations, including stock and visual merchandising.
Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the Deputy Manager role makes a real impact on store performance.
About You
Previous retail management or supervisory experience, ideally within fashion or accessories.
Commercially focused with a strong track record of achieving targets.
A confident and inspiring team leader who enjoys developing others.
Passionate about exceptional customer service and ready to step into an Deputy Manager position.
