We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Store Manager to lead a stylish fashion retailer in Bromley. As the Store Manager, you'll have full responsibility for driving commercial performance, developing your team and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The Role
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, creating a positive and motivating store environment.
Take ownership of sales, KPIs and overall commercial performance, ensuring targets are consistently achieved.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience, leading by example and setting high service standards.
Oversee day-to-day store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising and compliance.
Analyse performance and use commercial insights to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Recruit, onboard and develop team members, supporting their progression and performance.
Work closely with the wider business to ensure the store reflects the brand's standards and commercial objectives.
About You
Proven experience as a Store Manager, ideally within fashion, accessories or premium retail.
Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering sales and KPI performance.
A confident and inspirational leader who can motivate, coach and develop a team.
Customer-focused with a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of store performance.
Ambitious and energetic, with a desire to progress within a growing fashion brand.
