How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Planning Support Administrator

    Based in Farnham, Surrey | Hybrid Working (3 days in office) | £28,000 - £35,000 DOE | Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

    About the Opportunity

    An established and growing wealth management and financial planning business is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Planning Support Administrator to join its Advice Delivery team.

    This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. You'll play a key role in supporting advisers and ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the onboarding and servicing journey.

    Key Responsibilities

    Deliver outstanding service and support to clients at all times.
    Manage client onboarding and ongoing servicing processes efficiently.
    Build strong working relationships with clients, advisers, paraplanners, and colleagues.
    Communicate effectively via telephone, email, and other channels.
    Maintain accurate records and utilise CRM systems effectively.
    Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
    Contribute positively to team culture and business projects as required.About You

    We're looking for someone who is:

    Highly organised and delivery-focused.
    Experienced in a client-facing administrative role.
    Ideally experienced within financial planning, wealth management, or financial services.
    Comfortable using CRM systems and managing multiple priorities.
    A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
    A proactive self-starter who takes ownership of their development.
    A collaborative team player with a positive attitude. Desirable

    Knowledge of investment and financial planning products such as ISAs, GIAs, pensions, and bonds.
