Recruitment Consultant
Location: Loughborough
At Stafforce we are passionate about people and are looking for a driven, ambitious, and energetic Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Loughborough team.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for servicing and developing clients across The East Midlands area including Daventry and the surrounding areas while being based from our Loughborough office.
Key responsibilities include:
Identifying, developing, and maximising new business opportunities.
Conducting client visits, sales meetings, service reviews, drop-ins, and business development calls.
Building strong and lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Managing recruitment campaigns, advertising vacancies, and sourcing talent.
Maintaining accurate client and candidate records, ensuring compliance with recruitment legislation and company procedures.
Supporting business growth through excellent service delivery and proactive sales activity.
Working closely with the wider team to achieve branch and regional objectivesWhat We're Looking For
The successful candidate will have:
Sales experience.
A proven track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, organised, and results-focused approach.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
