We are currently recruiting Production Operatives with immediate starts available.
About the Role
As a Production Operative, you’ll play a key role in the manufacturing process. Don’t worry if you don’t have experience—we provide full training to help you succeed.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment, where attention to detail is essential.
Key Duties as a production operative
* Working on different stages of the production line
* Using hand tools such as sanders and drills
* Assisting with loading and unloading part-completed doors
* Following processes and quality standards
* Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Shift Pattern
* Monday to Friday (Rotating shifts)
* Days: 6:00am – 2:00pm / Afternoons: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
* No weekends
