The Role
As a Food Production Operative, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of a busy food manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities will include:
* Booking stock in and out accurately
* Packing and labelling meat products
* Checking orders and pick sheets to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
* Following all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
About You
We're looking for individuals who:
* Have previous experience within food production or a similar manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
* Possess excellent attention to detail
* Have a strong awareness of health, safety, and hygiene standards
* Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Are reliable, punctual, and committed to producing high-quality work

Days Shift
* 06:00 - 14:00
* £12.82 per hour
* 37.5 paid hours per week
Afternoon Shift
* 14:00 - 22:00
* £12.82 per hour
* 37.5 paid hours per week
4 On / 4 Off
Days Shift
* 06:00 - 18:00
* £13.74 per hour
* 44 paid hours per week
Night Shift
* 18:00 - 06:00
* £15.13 per hour
* 44 paid hours per week
