How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Facilities Coordinator

    Bracknell

    3-month Contract

    About the Role

    An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join a busy HomeCare team supporting the delivery of Damp, Mould & Disrepair services. The successful candidate will take responsibility for coordinating administrative processes and managing Operatives' and Surveyors' diaries to ensure works are scheduled, monitored and completed efficiently, in line with agreed KPIs and service level agreements.

    Key Responsibilities

    Take ownership of coordinating Operatives' diaries to ensure works are scheduled and completed efficiently within agreed KPIs and SLAs.
    Liaise with Senior Managers, Surveyors and Operatives to coordinate works and ensure requirements across all areas are met.
    Arrange customer appointments and maintain regular communication to keep customers informed of progress and any changes.
    Provide a high standard of customer service, particularly where repairs or disrepair matters may have potential legal implications.
    Coordinate Electrical, Gas, EPC, Asbestos and other relevant surveys and documentation.
    Ensure certificates and compliance documentation are current, accurately recorded and stored within the relevant document management system.
    Raise purchase orders and support the purchase ledger process in accordance with financial procedures.
    Work with Surveyors to raise jobs when required and liaise with subcontractors to support delivery.
    Monitor Work in Progress (WIP) and relevant dashboards to ensure jobs are scheduled according to priority.
    Analyse operational data and prepare reports for Assurance Team members, identifying trends and making recommendations for service improvements.
    Monitor outstanding actions and support the team in maintaining effective workflow and case progression.
    Provide general administrative support and undertake additional duties as required by line management.

    About You

    We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused administrator who can work confidently in a busy environment and manage competing priorities.

    You will have:

    Experience of prioritising and managing workloads within a busy working environment.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Strong administration and organisational skills.
    Demonstrable experience delivering excellent customer service to customers, managers and other stakeholders at all levels.
    Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes and database systems.
    Experience of raising, coordinating and scheduling jobs.
    Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
    The ability to analyse information and identify trends or areas for improvement.
    Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
    A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
    A proactive and solution-focused approach to resolving issues.
    A commitment to professional values, behaviours and high standards of customer service
    Salary description

    £19.00 - £22.00 per hour
