What You'll Do:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Professionally handle and resolve formal complaints via email.
Collaborate with other departments to investigate and resolve complex issues.
Provide accurate information and solutions for property-related questions.
Log all customer interactions accurately in the CRM.
​Monitor root cause analysis and working on exciting projects to enable a better customer journey What You'll Bring:

Proven customer service experience, ideally in a ​​services related setting and with complaint handling​ exposure.
A strong customer-focused mindset and a passion for enhancing the customer journey.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (especially for formal correspondence).
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
Proficiency with CRM software and general computer skills.
The ability to work independently with a dedicated, quiet home work space and reliable internet.
A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to help.Bonus Points:

Experience in property management or real estate related sectors​ (training can be provided) .
Familiarity with Dwellant property or management software​ (training can be provided) .
