Due to continued growth, we're looking for two experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operatives / Multi Traders to join our team.
We specialise in remedial and aftercare work on new-build homes across the South East. We're looking for experienced all-rounders who take pride in their work, deliver a high-quality finish and are professional when working in customers' homes.
The Role
You'll carry out a varied range of remedial and aftercare works in occupied and newly completed homes, including:
* Painting and decorating
* Carpentry and joinery
* Tiling, grouting and finishing
* Silicone application and finishing
* General property repairs and snagging
No two days are the same, so you'll need to be confident working independently across a range of trades while also being part of a supportive team.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in property maintenance or multi-trade work
* Competence across a range of trades
* High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
* Professional and customer-focused approach
* Reliable with good communication skills
* Full UK driving licence
* CSCS card, or willingness to obtain one
Trade qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
What We Offer
* £32,500–£37,500 basic salary
* £2,000 first-year retention bonus – £750 after successful completion of your 6-month probation and a further £1,250 after 12 months' service*

* Optional overtime paid at 1.5x
* 28 days' holiday including bank holidays
* Additional paid Christmas & New Year shutdown
