The Role
As a Soldering Technician you will make the electrical heart of those products reliable—turning drawings and prototypes into assemblies that light correctly first time and stay that way on site.
Main Responsibilities
Solder LED tape, controllers, connectors and low-voltage assemblies to drawing and IPC-level workmanship so first-pass yield on production batches stays high and rework is rare.
Complete complex lighting and electronics builds from drawings and team-leader instructions, meeting daily output targets without compromising finish or function.
Test finished assemblies, record results and flag non-conformances early so issues are fixed before they reach packing or the customer.
Essential Qualifications
Proven soldering experience on electronics or LED products, with the accuracy and consistency to work from basic production drawings.
Team player who communicates clearly, follows instructions and steps in where the factory needs help.
Flexibility for occasional unsociable hours or site visits if required.
