Are you an experienced Solar Project Manager with a strong commercial background and solid electrical understanding, looking to take ownership of projects within a growing renewable energy business? This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious commercial Solar PV company where you’ll have genuine responsibility across the full project lifecycle, from initial site survey through to installation, commissioning and final handover. With a growing project pipeline and an expanding delivery function, this role offers excellent long-term progression and the opportunity to make a visible impact within the business.

Our client is an established and rapidly growing commercial Solar PV specialist delivering projects for businesses across the UK. Following a period of significant growth and investment, they are expanding their project delivery function and are looking for a commercially minded Project Manager to take ownership of multiple live projects. This is a close-knit business where you won't be just another number, giving you direct exposure to senior leadership and genuine scope to progress as the company continues to scale.

As a Commercial Solar Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing the end-to-end delivery of commercial Solar PV projects from initial survey through to installation, commissioning and handover
* Carrying out and supporting site surveys, assessing electrical infrastructure, access requirements and practical site considerations
* Coordinating procurement, subcontractors, installation teams, project schedules and site set-up
* Managing RAMS, construction documentation, project compliance, snagging and client handover whilst acting as a key point of contact throughout the project

The successful Commercial Solar Project Manager should have:
* Proven experience managing commercial Solar PV projects
* Strong electrical understanding, particularly AC infrastructure and assessing site suitability
* Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple live projects simultaneously
* Strong communication, commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
