Our client, a prominent legal practise in Surrey, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Paralegal to join their thriving Commercial Property department in Guildford. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional client service and is eager to develop their career within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to fee earners to enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare correspondence and legal documents, including transcribing digital dictation.
Manage filing systems and maintain client files in accordance with office procedures.
Assist with client communication, ensuring a professional and friendly approach.
Handle registration and post-completion formalities, including SDLT and Land Registry forms.
Attend to clients and agents, updating them on progress and managing inquiries.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative efficiency in the department.
What Our Client Is Looking For:
A legal background with experience in Commercial Property.
Strong IT skills and familiarity with case management systems.
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong teamwork abilities and a commitment to client service.
Qualifications:
Completion of Level 3 in the Institute of Paralegals qualifying route, or relevant legal education with practical experience.
