Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and efficient service.
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Co-ordinating work for engineers as part of a small team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
Assist in the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using computer systems and customer management software.
