We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a well-established food manufacturing business in the HU7 area of Hull. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking ongoing, full-time employment in a fast-paced production environment.
Working on a simple packing line, you'll play an important role in ensuring products are packed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.

Day Shift
6:00am - 6:00pm
£12.86 per hour
12-hour shifts
4 days on / 4 days off
Night Shift
6:00pm - 6:00am
£14.36 per hour
12-hour shifts
4 days on / 4 days off

The Role
As a Production Operative, your duties will include:
Packing products on a production line
Checking products for quality before packing
Labelling and preparing products for dispatch
Maintaining a clean and hygienic work area
Following food safety and hygiene procedures
Working efficiently as part of a team
Meeting production targets and deadlines
Assisting with general production duties as required
What We're Looking For
Reliable and punctual individuals
Able to work on your feet for long periods
Comfortable working in a chilled food production environment
Good attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous production or factory experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
