How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Are you an analytical HR professional looking to advance your career in international Total Rewards? On behalf of market leading client, we are seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Analyst to play a key role in the administration, analysis, and execution of employee benefits programs across the UK and Europe.

Reporting directly to the Vice President, Benefits Manager, you will serve as a crucial operational bridge between local HR teams, payroll, finance partners, and top-tier external brokers. This is a fantastic opportunity to scale your expertise in global benefits compliance, large-dataset reporting, and cross-border vendor management within a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day delivery of regional health, retirement, pension, and wellbeing initiatives.
Maintain absolute integrity of eligibility records and enrolment data across HRIS platforms.
Assist with cross-country open enrolment logistics, and system configuration testing.
Produce ad hoc analytics on benefit trends and conduct benchmarking against European market standards.
Monitor shifting regulatory landscapes while supporting broader Total Rewards transformation projects.
Draft highly accessible, clear presentations and communication guides explaining program updates.

    What We Are Looking For

2+ years of proven experience inside a benefits, HR operations, or corporate rewards team.
Strong foundation in UK benefits frameworks; exposure to European markets is highly desired.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with an ability to manipulate large data sets confidently.
Meticulous attention to detail, exceptional time management, and complete discretion with confidential information.
