This role would suit an experienced Store Manager, or an ambitious Assistant Store Manager ready to take the next step in their career, who thrives in a premium retail environment and enjoys leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.

What You'll Do
* Lead the day-to-day management and performance of the store
* Drive sales growth and consistently deliver against commercial KPIs
* Lead, motivate and develop a customer-focused retail team
* Deliver an exceptional customer journey and premium shopping experience
* Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
* Manage stock control, replenishment and inventory accuracy
* Analyse store performance and implement initiatives to maximise sales and profitability
* Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company policies and procedures
* Create a positive team culture that inspires engagement, accountability and success
What You'll Have
* Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Senior Retail Manager within premium fashion, footwear or luxury retail
* A proven track record of delivering sales targets and commercial success
* A customer-first mindset, with a proven ability to create memorable shopping experiences and build long-lasting customer relationships
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* A genuine passion for fashion and styling
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Commercial awareness with the ability to interpret sales and performance data
* A proactive, hands-on management style with strong attention to detail
