About the Role
We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet in Bridgend on a temporary basis.
This is a hands-on outdoor role, carrying out general grounds maintenance duties to help keep the site looking clean, tidy and well maintained.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating an on-site vehicle safely and responsibly
* Watering plants, flowerbeds and landscaped areas
* Leaf blowing and general site tidying
* Strimming and maintaining grassed areas
* Carrying out general grounds maintenance duties as required
* Keeping outdoor areas clean, presentable and safe
* Working safely and following site procedures
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous grounds maintenance or gardening experience is desirable
* Full, valid driving licence is essential
* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
* Physically fit and able to carry out manual duties
* Reliable, punctual and hardworking
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Good attention to detail and a pride in maintaining high standards
