The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and wider school team to provide high-quality support both within the classroom and, where required, on a 1:1 or small-group basis.

* Is confident supporting children with a range of needs and abilities.
* Works well as part of a team and takes direction from teaching staff.
* Has a patient, nurturing and encouraging approach.
* Is proactive, reliable and adaptable.
* Has a strong understanding of safeguarding and the importance of promoting children's wellbeing.
Teaching Assistant qualifications are desirable, but relevant experience will also be considered.
